The Goal or the Ambition? Maybe…Both?

The moment you realize you DO deserve better is the moment you should hold onto, because once you feel that way, your feelings will never change. Instead, keep pushing forward and working towards achieving the goals you desire. Otherwise, you’ll always stay just right where you’re at.

As we travel through life, we tend to learn from our experiences. Through that, we grow mentally, emotionally and physically. Our goals, wants, needs, and desires change right alongside with us.

When we have ambitions, we usually make a choice. It’s usually along the lines of, “Follow that dream.” or… “Meh! Just another pipe dream.”

Here’s my question for you:  Is any dream even really a pipe dream? Is the difference between your success or failure the mere fact that you choose in that moment whether or not it’s a viable goal?

Take for example, all of US bloggers. Every day we strive to achieve one goal. Produce an enjoyable read for all our readers out there. This is a small piece of our daily picture, but it is an important factor in building our online personality, websites, and readership. If I produced a self-help book, or any psychology topic, science fiction, fantasy fiction, fiction, motherhood and parenting etc. Would you purchase the book without first knowing my skill? Of course not.  There is a reason why articles state. “If you want to be an author, you should be blogging.” (Can’t state source too many articles say this) 😀 Personally, I’ve found so many reads being part of my blogging community, that I have enough to last me a lifetime.  Every reader is constantly searching for a new read. Best place to find one, is by viewing samples. Blogging is only an example.

Back to the point: Any dream or goal can be achieved. At the bottom line, your goal and achievement is dependent on how interested you are in making it happen. It’s waking up with that goal in your mind and the motivation to get it done. It’s having the confidence in knowing “You’ve got this!” it’s saying to yourself every day, “I’m going to make it happen.” That you must conjure. close your eyes if you must. Envision your future with that achievement. See it, feel it, taste it, and know it’s your future. You will begin to see it manifest. Don’t Forget, you will also have to work on the steps to making it happen. They must be a habit.

“What we do everyday determines our success rate.”

For example, I want to be a blogger/writer/author. In order to be a writer you must write every day. I have so many creations floating around inside my head. I utilize my journal and write my brains out until their organized in my thoughts.

If you’re a:

  • Wood Carver; don’t you have to carve often in order to get better?
  • Painter; don’t you need to paint A LOT to improve your skills?
  • Musician; don’t you need to practice every day to excel?

Bands practice once or twice maybe even three times a week depending on their talent. Aside from that, all members work on themselves the rest of the time because they can’t become a better musician as long they are stagnant. At the very least, anything truly worth having isn’t going to be easy, nor handed to you.

As we grow our dreams do too.

Mom used to say, “Try it before you knock it.” In this case, before knocking your tailored views remember this,

“When you put your mind to it, anything is possible.”  So grab your dreams and ride them into the sunset.

Have a wonderful day, Rareity.
